When the Palace of Arts, Budapest and Hungary’s new cultural hub, opened in 2005, it was built to represent more than a hundred years of Hungarian cultural history. As a conglomeration of cultural venues, the building has no precedent in 20th century Hungarian architecture and has no peers in the whole of Central Europe.
Students can purchase one unseated ticket per person for 500 HUF — by presenting their valid ISIC student ID card — to all events organised at the Béla Bartók National Concert Hall and the Festival Theatre, one hour before the shows start.
The limited number of unseated positions are found on the 3rd Floor of the Béla Bartók National Concert Hall and the 1st Floor of the Festival Theatre.
One ticket per ISIC student ID card can be purchased for each event. The ISIC student ID card will also need to be presented upon admission to the concert venue.
Student tickets are non-transferable.
Students from foreign educational institutions may also buy student tickets with a valid ISIC student ID.
