Thanks to the BISTRO’s farm-to-table concept, you’ll be introduced to new dishes regularly, as chef Norbert Piszkor and his team will always cook for you from breakfast to dinner using the best ingredients of the season.
The BAR is not just a brand bar for MadScientist, but a place to go even if you know nothing about Mad Scientist brewery or don’t care about beer. The 24 beer taps are accompanied by natural wines, carefully selected spirits, and seasonal craft cocktails. We welcome you with our unique separate space, with the bistro on one side and the bar on the other.
